Presently enrolled in Masters of Medical Education program, University of Dundee, Scotland

Clinical/Academic Interests:
Dr. Howes' primary academic interests are resuscitation, medical education and medical simulation.  He is the residency program director for the Critical Care Program, and also directs the Fellowship Program in Resuscitation and Reanimation offered through the Department of Emergency Medicine and the Kingston Resuscitation Institute.
